Estimated Delivery Times

When you've completed your purchase, Control Connections will provide an estimated delivery date, which you can review in your Order Confirmation email or online. This estimated date will vary depending on your choice of a In Stock Item or Build to Order product.

In Stock Delivery

In Stock products are ready to ship, you'll get everything you need in one purchase.

Estimated Delivery range 2 - 3 business days

Products typically have an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from order confirmation for shipment to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Wollongong and Newcastle. For all other locations, estimated delivery times will be longer.

Build to Order

For build to order products, Control Connections configures to your specifications and will provide you a “ships in” date range, which is the approximate date range by which your order will ship from the warehouse. Delivery of your product after it has shipped from the warehouse will typically be within 6-14 business days.

We aim to be as accurate as possible when estimating delivery times. However, actual delivery dates are subject to change based on a number of conditions, including:

Length of time it takes your payment to clear

Availability of items in your order

Delivery method

Shipping provider

Warehouse location

Your delivery address

Holiday periods

Control Connections estimated shipping and delivery times commence upon order confirmation. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received by Control Connections.
