For parts ordered from the Control Connections Australia website which do not require customisation, please allow between (?) days for your order to arrive. If more than ? days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Our returns policy lasts for ? days. If ? days have passed since your order was received, Control Connections Australia are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused? and in the same condition that you received it. Although Control Connections Australia uses only the most reputable manufacturers and suppliers, there is a very small chance that faulty products might be sent without our prior knowledge. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than ? days after delivery is not eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in this same email. Sometimes additional questions may need to be answered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is approved, the sum (minus delivery) will be processed, and credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund within the fortnight, first check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Control Connections Australia will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to the following address:
