Our Orscheln Twist2Lock Fluid Level Indicator (FLI) product line is designed and manufactured to be suited for a wide range of engine and transmission applications. The FLI patented locking cap and Orscheln’s professional assembly process offer potential increased the accuracy of fluid level indication, leading to greater powertrain efficiency and performance.
If you didn’t already know, our Fluid Level Indicators are manufactured as a complete system. The complete assembly includes a tube, locking cap and indicator as required.

Since there is a variety of industries with different applications, we couldn’t just offer one product and expect it to work across all applications. Therefore, Orscheln engineers have designed what is know as the F1, F2, F3 and F4.
The F1, F2, F3 and F4 designs offer OEMs and end users a wide range of options for the best and most accurate fluid check, check/fill or fill options.
These FLI’s are made from various tube materials and configurations to handle the wide range of temperatures and the ability to meet specific routings which may need to handle a different kind of engine or transmission operating environment.
